This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to online consultation bookings made through Kamour, a brand operated by Kapeefit Health Brand Private Limited.
Users may book an online private consultation by paying the consultation fee shown on the website at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your consultation before the doctor / team has contacted you, you may request cancellation by contacting our support team.
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Payment was deducted but consultation was not confirmed
- User was not contacted for the booked consultation
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake
- User is genuinely not satisfied with the consultation experience
Refund may not be applicable in the following cases:
- User provided incorrect phone number or contact details
- User did not answer repeated consultation calls
- User completed the consultation and later requested refund without a valid service-related reason
- User misused the service or shared false information
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
To request a refund, contact us with your name, phone number, payment screenshot, and booking details.
Refund approval depends on verification of the booking, payment, and consultation status. The final decision will be taken by the Kamour support team after checking the case details.
